Fukui Architects strategically brought together the interior and exterior building teams to improve coordination and cooperation for this Thornhill Industrial Park facility. This distribution center building in Thornhill Industrial Park is 200’ by 400’ with 50’ foot bays, 25’ to bottom of roof joists. Construction includes precast insulated concrete panels. This building design won a NAIOP award.
